I have been working with Daniel in the listing of at least 100 properties since 2001. I work in the probate court system and Daniel is very familiar with the specific probate processes. Unpleasant to deal with. He showed us a home up for rent. I had to ask all the questions for basic rental information and even then he was either reluctant to answer or didn’t fully know the answer. Afterwards Daniel said he would email me an application but never did. I texted him a few days later asking if the home was still available because I was interested, but I didn’t receive a reply. I called him about the rental and was told it was already rented out. This was in the span of 5 days.
